The hotel had a great beach location and friendly staff. The room was spacious, with a nice view. The poolside pizza was delicious, and the customer service at the cafe was excellent. Some minor food and service issues, but overall a pleasant stay.

Park Royal offers excellent Italian food and a great beachfront location. Free Wi-Fi, all-inclusive nightclub deals, and friendly staff add to the enjoyable stay. the resort's structure and lovely property provide a welcoming atmosphere for families and adults.

Very nice hotel in a good location. Beach quite well cleaned despite the algae. Various possibilities of accommodation and restaurants. Beautiful swimming pools. Good value for money all included. We have been upgraded without asking for anything!

Revisiting this gem for the 2nd time, Grand Park Royal Cancun wowed us! Outstanding service, beautiful beach, and top-notch gym. Mixed dining experiences but overall delightful stay. Clean facilities and fantastic staff made our visit memorable. Looking forward to returning!

Park Royal exceeded expectations with incredible food, friendly staff, and fun activities like snorkeling tours to Cenotes. Beautiful pools and warm ocean with lifeguard. Access to the beachfront and amazing view from the room.

The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was at the reception desk, restaurant, or poolside snack bar. the beautiful beach right on the beach with wonderful views provided a perfect backdrop for morning walks or nighttime strolls. We particularly enjoyed the beach access, lounge area, and outdoor swimming pool, offering a relaxing atmosphere with sun loungers and beach umbrellas to unwind under the sun.

One aspect that could be improved is the food variety and quality. While the hotel offers different cuisine options, the overall food experience was average.

The staff were the most helpful and kind people I've ever met, always eager to assist, greet with a smile, and go the extra mile. We had a stunning view of the beach from our room and enjoyed top-notch service from our favorite server, Jose Mercedes, who made us feel like family. Though the restaurant's dress codes were a bit strict and the food was average, the Italian restaurant and room service were exceptional! 🌊

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the outdoor pools and the variety of gastronomic offerings. The lagoon view from the Italian restaurant was reminiscent of a painting, and the diverse cuisine at the buffet restaurant was like a culinary adventure.

As history buffs, we stayed at a hotel near Cancun Wax Museum. Despite some minor inconveniences like limited restaurant reservations and a lack of evening entertainment, our stay was overall fantastic. We loved the delicious variety of food, the clean and comfortable room, the beautiful beach, and the helpful and friendly staff. We highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

I enjoyed the small, uncrowded resort near the beach with great cabanas and easy access to beds. Room issues were quickly resolved by the butler. Staff were friendly, but some were pushy about timeshares. The Premier pool and beach were highlights.

Good From the moment we arrived at this hotel, we were treated like royalty. the high level of service provided by the staff was the best we have experienced. the Spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and Jacuzzi were very luxurious amenities that we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. the beach access was very convenient, and the live entertainment was a delightful addition to our evenings. the body scrub and beauty treatments were incredibly relaxing, and the massage and foot massage completely exceeded our expectations. the garden area was beautifully manicured, and we felt like we were truly in paradise.

this was quickly resolved by the staff, who kindly provided us with additional loungers.

The outdoor family pools were lit, and the food options were off the hook. We also hit up the beachfront activities like the Zapotec sunrise and health ceremony – talk about getting one with nature while having a blast!

Hey, if I could ask for one thing, it'd be for the resort to amp up the party vibes for us young people. A bit more excitement and fun for the night owls would have been epic!

The various relaxation amenities, including spa services, pools, and beach access, enhanced our experience. the hotel's proximity to landmarks like Daddy'O and interactive Aquarium allowed for convenient family outings, fostering meaningful bonding moments. a delightful stay with a few minor drawbacks, but the positives definitely outweighed them.

The staff at the hotel were amazing, especially the entertainment team. They were fantastic and made our stay truly enjoyable. the food at the buffet was quite good, with the cream of pumpkin and cream of chick pea soups being absolutely amazing. Another advantage was the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, with plenty of water available and a great working A/C. the beach was great and the gelato was absolutely delicious.

We also didn't appreciate the sales pitch we received upon arrival, especially after a long journey.

Really dug the villa setup with our own private pool and patio and that awesome ocean view was the cherry on top. Staff was super friendly and always on the ball, except for those dinner reservation peeps. The beach was tidy and felt more exclusive compared to the others. Wish there were more chill-out spots around the pool, but everything else was top-notch. 🏝

The restaurants provided excellent food, and the Italian restaurant had the most beautiful views. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. The service throughout my stay was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast options were delicious, and I enjoyed starting my day with a view of the sunrise. Had a great stay at a beachfront hotel with various fun activities throughout the day. Night time entertainment was enjoyable, especially the one led by Joaquin. The restaurant offered decent food, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a breathtaking ocean view with excellent facilities and amenities. The service was top-notch, and the housekeeping team kept the room clean and tidy.

The hotel received a complaint about theft, which may leave a negative impression.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. It has loads to do with multiple pools, a beautiful white sand beach down the hotel, and amazing hotel facilities. The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcomed. The room was beautifully appointed with fantastic ocean views and was kept clean throughout our stay. We enjoyed a good breakfast every day with plenty of options to choose from.

We booked this hotel for our last night in Mexico and were lucky to get a special day offer with all-inclusive. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch, with Carlos at the front desk providing an exceptional experience. Our upgraded suite had a beautiful view of the sea and a Jacuzzi, and the beds were very comfortable. The beach was amazing, the pool and bar were great, and everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel promotes diversity and inclusion, which was evident in the mix of young and older staff members at the restaurant. The buffet had a variety of delicious options, including gluten-free choices, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals at the Mexican and Italian restaurants. Highly recommended for couples and families!

We had a perfect ocean view from our balcony and the rooms were clean and fresh. the a la carte dining options were a huge plus for us, as we prefer quality over buffet-style meals. the staff was friendly and attentive, and we loved the included premium alcohol options. the rooftop bar had a great vibe and the ice cream bar was a delicious treat. it was a fantastic vacation for a couple like us.

the park royal was so close to the suite in the tower. everything was super clean. the gym and beach were amazing. got a taxi to la isla mall for 10 us dollars. the hotel staff made sure we were safe during hurricane delta and even took care of our needs at the shelter.

The pool area was fantastic, with a separate pool for adults and a larger pool for families. the views of the beach were breathtaking and the beach area was clean and beautiful. the staff at the restaurants were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making dining a pleasant experience.

The air conditioning in the hotel went out for nearly a whole day, making it uncomfortable to nap in the room and eat in the buffet restaurant. the desk staff kept giving false promises about when it would be fixed, causing frustration.

The hotel's decoration and general areas were truly lovely. The beautiful and comfortable seating areas in the lobby and around the pool were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning ocean views. The accessibility for seniors was excellent, with ramps and elevators making it easy for us to move around the hotel and access all the amenities.

I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people by having more shaded areas around the pool and beach for us to relax and enjoy the outdoors without too much sun exposure.
